Every 'Attached Document' binary object (BT-125) must use an Extension-allowed MIME code. Context is cbc:EmbeddedDocumentBinaryObject anywhere in the document; the extra allowance over EN 8.2 is application/xml. An absent @mimeCode also fires (empty node-set).
