'Intra-community supply' (K) items require exactly one K VAT breakdown (BG-23) row.

Enthält eine Rechnung eine Rechnungsposition (BG-25), einen Nachlass auf Dokumentenebene (BG-20) oder einen Zuschlag auf Dokumentenebene (BG-21), bei der bzw. dem der Code der Umsatzsteuerkategorie (BT-151, BT-95 oder BT-102) „innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung“ lautet, so muss die Rechnung in der UMSATZSTEUERAUFSCHLÜSSELUNG (BG-23) genau einen Code der Umsatzsteuerkategorie (BT-118) mit dem Wert „innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung“ enthalten.
